Twelve questions, five areas

Each question asks about one management practice: how employees can raise something, how safe it is to do so, what management can see, who owns an action and whether employees hear what changed. Every area is scored on its own and contributes equally to your overall score.

Your answers are used to calculate this assessment and are not saved to your CandorVoice account or database.

How this assessment works

Twelve questions, each scored 0–3 internally, grouped into five areas: Access & ease, Safety & trust, HQ visibility, Action & accountability and Follow-through & learning. Each area is converted to a 0–100 score on its own, and your overall score is the average of those five, so every area counts the same.

This is a CandorVoice self-assessment index for reviewing feedback practices. It does not measure how your employees feel and it is not a validated prediction of engagement, safety, turnover or business performance. Your result includes the full methodology.
