You can cancel a paid CandorVoice subscription at any time, from your own account: open the subscription area of your workspace and choose Cancel Subscription. If you cannot cancel through your workspace, contact us at [email protected] and we will help you.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access to the Service continues until then, the subscription does not renew, and no further charges are made. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for the same billing period — currently monthly — until they are cancelled. The next renewal date is shown in the subscription area of your workspace.
Payments may be processed by a third-party Merchant of Record (MoR) or billing provider, which may also administer invoices, applicable taxes and refunds; see our Refund Policy. After a subscription ends, customer content is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cancelling does not limit any mandatory right you may have as a consumer.
